Addi olive wood fixed circular, both 40” long, size 7 and size 8. $13 each or both for $25 SOLD

10” straight needles, Teflon coated, unknown brand size 8.

Leisure Arts brand size 5. Asking $3 each pair.

Notions tin (size of Altoid mint tines), with pink decal on lid with text: It’s all good fun until someone drops a stitch. Inside the tin are a shawl/kilt pin with 8 beaded stitch markers (not dangly ones), a keychain with a 2-ended crochet hook stitch-fixer, and a plastic darning needle. Asking $12.

I can no longer spin due to chronic joint issues. VERY SAD! So I’m selling my lace spindles and Lazy Kate. I’m also including almost 4 oz of alpaca/merino/silk top. If you can spin really fine, this is enough for a spiderweight shawl.

I am looking for long (12” or 16”, would consider 8”) DPNs.

2.75 mm most of all, but would be interested in other sizes under 4mm. I want to experiment with different lengths of DPNs in a knitting belt.

Addi Aluminum Sells them in these lengths if anyone has some they want to sell. Shipping can be to Canada or US.

I’m flexible about brand, but they must be metal, not wood or plastic. Thanks!

Ashford Joy Double Treadle Spinning Wheel

A portable, folding wheel that features 4 ratios (6, 8, 12 and 14 to 1), 15 1/2” wheel diameter, weighs about 11 lbs and folds into a compact size enabling it to fit into a carry-on suitcase or in its own cotton canvas tote (optional). The ball bearings make it effortless to treadle. It includes 3 bobbins (Ashford Sliding Hook Bobbins) and a built-in Lazy Kate. Wheel is a double treadle.

Does need a new drive cord. Mine was old and dried out. You can get one for less than $20 new.

Hi, I have two wheels for sale. The Aura is $900. It is the wheel itself with a few 3D bobbins. The Ashford is $400 w/ three bobbins. I’m looking for a Spinolution, so would love to work out a trade of some sort. Or cash instead.

Up for sale is a Fancy kitty Big Tom Dual Powered Cottage Industry Drum Carder. I purchased this as a one owner carder from a fellow Ravelar a few years ago who used it for making art batts. I have only used it a handful of times for that purpose as well. I work mainly in raw fleece now, so this carder is just sitting and in need of a new home. The Big Tom makes 8 x 38 inch batts. This Big Tom carder has a been taken care of extremely well and only has a few slightly bent tines. The TPI is 54/72.

The Big Tom is large and heavy at 32 pounds, and I would rather not try to ship it. I am located in the farthest Northwest Corner of Illinois. This wheel is Saxony style with a double drive band and a pristine treadle. The bobbin and fly spin independently and without friction. The mother-of-all comes with a fly, one (two piece) bobbin, whirl, and 4 maidens. It appears that three maidens are original, and one maiden has been hand-carved. The orifice is half of an inch in diameter. This type of orifice was designed to spin small flax yarn, but it is suitable for wool and cotton yarn as well. The wheel spins true, and the original upright pegs are still intact. The pegs holding the drive wheel onto the uprights is removable, allowing you to take the wheel off for storage or transportation.

I am not an antique wheel dealer or anything. I bought this on a whim, and I’d like to rehome this to someone who will enjoy it.

Hansencrafts minispinner no. 704 v. 1 cherry with standard flyer, bobbin, power supply, foot pedal, car adapter, manual, orifice threader,original bag and box, two orifice reducers, maintenance kit (missing extra drive/brake band). Well loved, works great but foot pedal may eventually need replaced for $35. $450 includes shipping in continental US.

FS-Slightly used Spinolutions Polywog spinning wheel plus a bag of mystery fiber. This wheel is in like new condition, I’m finding I don’t have as much time for spinning so I need to find a good home where she’ll be used more. This little wheel spins beautifully and no need for the accelerator, it spins from thick to very thin!

With a heavy heart I have to say that I must sell my beloved Pollywog . I have an emergency I have to cover and this little magic machine has to take one for the team. I have had it since its debut in 2016. Only owner, very well cared for.

The sale includes:
Pollywog wheel with the standard head,
4 - 4oz bobbins (normally they come with 3!, so you are getting an extra).
The Art yarn head, 3 - 12oz bobbins.
An Art batt or roving.

Retail cost of total of wheel and accessories is $945. I am offering all for $785
